Hubby has been making sausage and smoking it for a while.  A couple of weekends ago he decided to smoke some chickens.  They were delicious.  This weekend he smoked some ribs.  Sadly I never slowed down long enough to take any pictures.

 

 

I enjoy feeding the birds.  Of course the squirrels help themselves too.
